HAPPY DAY BEFORE VALENTINES DAY!!!
these are chocolate cupcakes with almond/vanilla buttercream!
to make butter cream...
1 and 1/3 stick butter
2 ts almond extract
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
5 tbsp milk
1lb confectioners sugar
cream butter and extracts together.
add milk and beat for 45 seconds
add sugar and salt (slowly) if you want to add color do so when all sugar is in. beat for 3 minutes.
