Woo Hoo!!

I scrapped my brains out this weekend!! I just scrapped til I could scrap no more..... took a break, then back to scrappin! Had fun with www.thescrappingedge.net crop!! Lot's of wrok but FUN!!

Did a couple LO's for www.amillionmemories.com we are doing a little Cherry Arte, and Basci Grey challenge!!

So not the weekend....

Ugh it is So not the weekend so not the weekend yet. It is only Tuesday and I feel like a month has passed since Sunday. I love that the dog is trained to "go" outside but not loving it so much at 12:30 AM or 2:30 AM. Anyone have any advice on how to make her stop eating the kids toys??

Alexa starts school sooooo soon. I cannot belive my little baby is going to school. Wil is going to miss her terribly!!

Dad is not doing very good and I am so sad I can't even Blog it!

I am all set for the www.thescrappingedge.net crop!! Woo Hoo will it be fun!! I uploaded all my DT LO's up into the gallery last night. I am so happy with my work this month!! I am so happy I had enough kit to make crop examples and I still have a bit to crop with too!! YEAH I love the Piggy Tales papers!!

Stress on Saturday

Well my Dad is home from the hospital and shoul dnot be. I knew my Mom woul dnot be able to handle him. Both physically and mentally this is just too much for her. Sometime you really have to wonder if the Dr really assesed the entire situation!! My parents are in their late 70's!! How is she supposed to be able to care for him!! He is in and out of lucidity, weak, and just too much for her. I want more than anything to go up and help her, but I just can't have the kids there. I can't have the kids seeing siezures, and seeing Grandpa go around asking if he can "go home" etc...

I need to escape from reality for 48 hours!! The dog had the runs last night and I had to take her out 3 times between 2 and 5. The baby did not even sleep in his bed for a second last night and he was way too snuggly. So I am working on 2 hours of sleep. I just want some quiet scrap time!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

I made a poor attempt for the Piggy Tales DT, and the Scenic Route DT this week. I found out about both the day they were due so I will not be too sad when I don't get a call. I have been scrappin my brains out this week for the mental vacation it provides, and the ability to preserve every second of my babies childhood!! I am almost ready for the www.thescrappingedge.net crop next weekend. I hope lot's join in the fun!! We are so laid back with out crops it makes it really fun and enjoyable for all!!

Ups & Downs

Well we know what is wrong with my Dad. He has alzheimers. I am so so upset!! One positive is that it is not cancer, which was what we feared the most. In all honesty I don't think either is good, and I just want my Dad to be healthy and live forever!!

Well At 3AM I hear a loud POP!! Well Mr Fatty Fat Pants (that would be Wil) broke the gate off the crib, YIKES!! SO first thing this AM he officially became a big boy with the Jr Bed. Not like he sleeps in the crib much maybe 12 Hours a WEEK!

Guess what I have in my kitchen!! Well it also arrived this AM!! A DISHWASHER!! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!! Bye Bye dishpan hands!

Came home from buying Wil new shoes due to the dog eating the last pair BAD DOG!! There in my mail box were 2 tickets from EZ Pass in NJ from June, UGH!! And my W-9 and design contract from Paper Crafts for my Tags!! Woo Hoo!!

I won a prize from www.scraptildawn.com during the crop on Tuesday!! Woo Hoo I never win anything. I also got some cute LO's done!! I am posting the one I won the prize for.

I got my www.thescrappingedge.net DT kit and have been scrapping my brains out! Don't forget to join us for the crop the weekend of the 25th!

Oh yes the girl who can't remember to blog, LOL!!!

Well it has finally happened the baby says something other than "this"!! Woo Hoo!! Now we are blessed with "Ut Oh" all day long !! OMG it is so cute in his little voice!!

I was locked out of the house until 11PM with the kids last night (to long a story to even blog about), and came home to 4 messages from my mom!! My dad is in the hospital. They think he is having siezures. He is having lots of testing done today so should know more very soon. I wish I could be up there for my mom.

Proud Mommy!!

I am so so so super proud of my little princess girl!! Yesterday she wrote some letters for the first time. A, H, V, T, and E!! She also is starting to understand what letters make which sound!!

I have just been scrapping along!! I am meeting my www.amillionmemories.com goal. I am doing my www.thescrappingedge.net page a day, and I did the 2peas PP Challenge #1 Ali's 9 Squares!!

Funny that I never seem to get around to this!! IT IS HOT!!!! 93 again today!! God Bless the inventor of Central Air!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been scrapping with my stash so much this past week!! We started a weekly goals on www.amillionmemories.com my goal is 8 and I did 9 last week. 8 again this week , and I am upto 6 already!!

We are also doing a papge a day on www.thescrappingedge.net 3 days in and doing great!!

Everyone should come join. in on one of these!! It is a great way to use up all that old stuff before the CHA stuff starts hitting the stores and kits!!

What a week!!

So we had the wedding, the rain the hail, the grumpy kids, etc... Today I think the kids played catch-up!! We all went to bed last night and slept STRAIGHT THROUGH!! Now today the kids woke up so grumpy and fighting and a mess. Then they both took super LONG naps!! Both in bad on time tonight, totally catching up!!

I have been scrapping this week a great deal. Though not everyday, but the 3 or 4 days I have scrapped I have done 3 or 4 LO's.

After the Rain!!

Boy did it rain!!! My garden is destroyed, my yard is all mud, little brances everywhere, but thankful that was all!! I am hoping the grass will do better now after the drenching!!

Well the big family wedding is over. I got some FAB pics of the kids! Wil is a great dancer BTW, LOL!! They still are off schedule, but getting better. I cannot believe just how car sick Wil gets, poor baby. The ride up was a breeze, the ride home he could not handle. Note to self: only take him on long car rides between dinner and bed time. That seems to be the best for him. I guess he is just to tired to care if he is sick or not, LOL!!

It felt so good tro scrap!! Wow 5 day with no scrapping (or net, yikes) was really hard. I was so happy to do the challenge on www.amillionmemories.com we had to journal on a pic, and I love doing that. I am not a huge journaler, but I love to make it part of the design. I have tons of LO's with hidden tags with no journaling on them. I just hope that one day when I get around to the journaling on them I remember what was going on, ROFL!!

Marathon

This past weekend I had a scrapping marathon!! My www.thescrappingedge.net DT box came on Saturday!! OMGosh there was so much pretty paper that I just had to scrap until I couldn't scrap anymore!! When all was said and done I did 6 1 page 8 1/2 x11 LO's, 1 2 page 8 1/2 x11 LO, 3 12x12 1 page LO's, and 2 2 page 12x12 LO's!! The funny thing is I am still not tired of the PP in the kit!

Scrapping catch up

Everyone is finally feeling better. Kids were just really tired and sleepiy yesterday. I took advantage of the time and did some scrapping catch up. I was able to get 4 LO's done!! I had so much fun finally getting scrappy!!

Rain yeah!!!

It is finally raining!! It seems like forever since it rained last. My gardne grass and WATER BILL are very thankful!! Kids are being grumpy and lazy today. They want to go out so badly. I hope it is nove tomorrow Bill will be off. I am so hungry right now!! Dinner has been in the crockpot teasing me all day. I am making sweet and sour pork, YUMMMM!!

I have been scrapping today, kinda like the rain for that reason I did my www.amillionmemories.com challenge this week!! It was fun and I love doing family LO's!! I am waiting for paint to dry for the www.thescrappingedge.net challenge I posted.

Happy Scrappy Weekend!!

Bill is off tomorrow and we are spending the day at the beach with the family. I can't wait!! It has been so hot this week, and we FINALLY got some rain!! My water bill is thankful, LOL!!

We are croppin' at http://www.thescrappingedge.net/ this weekend!! We are going on night 2 tonight. I did get 2 LO's done yesterday, and I finished one up just a bit ago. It is very casual, and lot's of fun!!

I can't wait to get started on Beths Challenge on http://www.amillionmemories.com/ it should be a fun one!!

Oh What a Beautiful Mornin'

Yup I was singing that this AM!! Guess what??? The kids went to bed about 8 last night and, and, and, and.......................... YUP THEY DID IT!!!!! They stayed in their own beds all night long!!!!!!!!! Yes of course I had to get up like 3 times to check on them, LOL!! Real live sleep with out little kicks or punches or crying or anything!!

Oh what a beautiful monin' oh what a beautiful day!!

Since Bill was doing some maint. work last night I had quiet ME time for the first time in FOREV-VAH!!! I read mags and scrapped and reveled in it!!

Times a FLYIN'

I cannot for the life of me believe it is almost JUNE!! Holy Moly!!! Where is all of the time and days and months going??????

I have been swamped, but I have been loving every minute of it!! I did some AWESOME DT stuff for www.amillionmemories.com I can't wait to reveal on June 1st!! 8 Projects so far. I want to get to 1 more! I gotmy www.thescrappingedge.net kit on Saturday and had to start creating right away!! OMGosh it was AWESOME to work with!! I uploaded so much to the gallery already! I did the page kits by Elannah again this month and they were so much fun!!

So Much Going On!!

It just feels like there is a million things going on right now, and there is not!! I cannot believe how long it takes to get a well baby visit here in VA!! Maybe we should not have picked the popular Dr?? Well My parents came and went and they only came to see us 1 time for a few hours. Really puts things into a new perspective!!

Alexa is having trouble sleeping in her room!! She wakes up all night long and turns on the light ceiling fan and TV. All of a sudden she says she is scared of the dark. A friend suggested a lava lamp!! I think I am going to try and find one today and a princess radio!! Maybe that will work. Her not sleeping is really affecting everyone now and it has been almost a week.

The weather is FAB!!! It has been so beautiful!! Bill myself and the baby were in the yard last night until about 8 last night. We had dessert and coffee out there. What a great feeling!! Things may be tight money wise, but times like that make all the move worth it!! I so want everyone to come visit!!

I am waiting on a ton of scrappy mail!! Cropper Hopper boxes for monograms alphas rubons and stickers!! Both DT packages!! I just got enough pics in the mail to do 30 LO's!! So I should be busy!!

NSD

Well yesterday was National Scrapbooking Day!! I was not as productive as I would have liked to be last night, I was tired. I did get to scrap for about 3 hours last night. I did 3 LO's and 1 card. I was so proud of myself!! I barely shopped!! I did get a few things that were on sale here and there!! I got my Fontworks Elsie polka dot alpha stamps!! I got those from www.amillionmemories.com amd I got my sunhine gift set from www.just4keeps.com !!

Busy Week

I can't believe it is Wednesday night already!! Bill's Dad is down kepping Bill pretty busy. My parents will be down late Saturday (not staying with us!!). I just cannot believe how fast it is going. The baby is teething, and not a happy camper. Alexa is not napping anymore, and adjusting to that has been rough for both of us.


I have been adding seriously to the stash lately!! I haven't even touched a kit I am saving them all and trying to use some "stuff" up!! I don't think I am going to get the Cricut!! I realized I don't use the XPCS that much, I use the QK more. I would have to give up so many trips to the LSS or shopping on www.amillionmemories.com for fun alphas if I got it. I don't think I am ready for that kind of sacrifice!!

Well I did my first Effer Dare yesterday!! I have to admit I have been an Effer stalker for a long time, and I had this pic out (my fave of me from a long time ago) and I really needed the inspiration to complete the LO!! Thanks ladies!!

How excited am I????????????? Well while I was outside planting my corn in the ground I missed an AWESOME call!! Thank goodness for answering machines!!!!!! Well I got the message from Natalie from www.amillionmemories.com that I made their DT!!! Woo Hoo!!! I am still doing the happy dance!!! The really happy dance!!! AMM ROCKS!!! I have ordered from them as a customer and their super fast and have great CS!! OMGosh do the kits ROCK!!! I cannot believe I made the DT!!!!!!
