but first on this snowy wednesday i wanted to share
last fridays sign of spring!
and here is the CAKE!
i made a chocolate banana cake!
this was a very dense moist yummy cake!
i didn't write it down as i went (i was so not thinking!)
i used self rising flour
4 bananas
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
and for the frosting i used the sturdy
whipped cream again. this has become a favorite!
