Where is Winter??

Since we have had no real winter yet this year, and I have all these beautiful winter papers I have had to do some thinking....

Ideas For Winter Papers:

1. Scrap a Winter Tradition

2. Scrap somethin you can only do in the Winter

3. Scrap pics of the kids in Winter clothes

4. Journal, journal, journal. Create a page with a story about your family's love for all things Winter.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS!!

I am trying really hard to find my inner organizer and use her!! I have a lot less scrap space now, so the past couple of days instead of scrapping I am organizing!

Been Scrappin'

I did a ton of scrapping lately!! Found some LO's that needed a little something. I am super stressed about Christmas coming, but happy to get to scrap it, LOL!! I just hope it is a good day for the kids.

Oh Christmas Tree

So this year we have ABSOLUTELY NO ORNAMENTS!! NO STOCKINGS, etc... They were all left in the attic of the house in VA. So being that funds are ULTRA low this year, it was time to improvise....

What would you do??

Ok so a couple of months ago I was supposed to work on a project with a store/kit club. It was supposed to be a project of MY DESIGN for their blog with instructions and such.

We all know how crazy my life has been lately. I had some time this AM to just surf, so I checked out above mentioned blog, and, well a very similar project is there. SO NOT as nice as mine, but it was there. Now I am thinking... what the hay!!!! That is just wrong. We have had many discussions on boards about DTers lifting and how unkooth that is. Now for a store owner to take someones idea and use it when they have no more affiliation with this designer is SERIOUSLY WRONG!!!!!

What do you think?? Is it wrong??

Carpe Diem

Had a FAB Halloween with the kids yesterday. Lot's of candy, cute costumes. Oh and Sal's Pizza!!! A good friend Gerry hooked the kids up with GOBS of candy and the cutest cupcakes. She is a sweetheart!

So I am no longer a member of the AMM DT :( They had too many DT's for just taking over the company. I was super sad, but realized that I only had 3 assignments since I started with them so I am not missing out on much.

OK well you all know how much I love to scrap, and try to make everyone around me scrap as much as me too right?? Well I think I am going to have some blogging fun. So keep an eye on this Blog for some new exciting stuff!! I am going to sieze the day and spead my love of scrapping with others!

Long time....

since I have blogged!! Been busy having fun, scrapping, taking trips to NJ, meeting up with online friends, just plain old busy!! I am so getting ready to take the kids trick or treating, Alexa is going to be a witch, and Wil is going to be Thomas. They are so excited!! I think we will split our time between Dobbs Ferry and Harrison.

Well I got my first DT kit from www.scraphype.com and it is AWESOME like always!! Michele really has that mixing gene!! I have done so much with it.

My www.thescrappingedge.net kit should be here anyday!! I can't wait to see what Amber puts together with that paper!! The TOO kit is awesome!!

I got my www.scraptildawn.com kit yesterday and can you say RAWKS!!! This is the only sub I have left and Kara is so sweet!! She puts some great kits together!! Next month she is going to have custom sxstamps and they look sooo stinkin' cute!!

Back to Regular Programing

That is exactly how it feels to be back in NY! Normal routines, getting out for walks everyday. It is GREAT!! Well guess what???? Heather and I went and met up with Michelle the other day!! (MichelleS) for those who are in the know We had so much fun, she is a sweetie pie!!

I am stillwaiting for my www.scraphype.com kit we had a little mail mishap. I have finished one LO, and have more planned since being here. I really miss having my scrap space. Can't wait to set up a new one, LOL!!

NY State of Mind!

Wow does it feel good to be back!! Just to be in familiar places and see familiar faces is FABULOSO!!!

In 24 Hours!!

I have had such a great past 24 hours I just want to jump and dance and sing!!

First off guess who is moving?????????? YUP that would be us back to NY!! I can honestly say we gave VA a try and well it is not for us!! NY here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!

So after we get that great news, I get an amazing email asking me to join the www.scraphype.com DT!! Yup, you read that right!! Woo Hoo!! I have been the biggest fan of Michele's ROCKIN' kits since her second one (that was when I joined), and now I am so appreciative of the opportunity to join the AMAZING DT!!

Limbo

Ever feel like life is just spinning around in limbo?? I do!!! 2 steps forward and 2 steps back not going anywhere. Just here in limbo, stuck in the everyday, never moving forward.

I think I need to do alot of scrapping this upcoming weekend to find a little sanity!! Or at least escape limbo for a bit.
